Before Ecodistrict came on the scene, Andorran skier Joan Verdú offered his followers a cap available in two colors. The process, however, was very different: standard caps were purchased and the logo was embroidered on them afterwards. Although it worked, the team wanted to go further.

Their objective was clear: to offer a higher quality product, with a more careful and attractive design, but without exorbitant prices.
They wanted to create a community and for everyone to be able to buy the caps at a competitive price, without being excessively expensive.
With this in mind, we redesigned the product from scratch. We incorporated embossed embroidery, which gave it a more premium feel, and refined the color range. We also customized the interior with a label with Joan Verdú’s name and defined the exact sizes and finishes they wanted.
The result was two complete collections, for the winter 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons. The first included three models: black, beige and green. The reception was excellent: they sold out quickly.
For the second collection, we wanted to go one step further. In addition to the caps, we added knitted hats with an embossed rubber patch and the Joan logo with a contrasting outline. A distinctive, modern and very identifiable touch.
In addition, we also took on the production of the medal for the “La Mamba Ski Race” tournament and the ribbon to hold the skis. We avoided the usual polyester and opted for a refined-looking synthetic material, which made the logo stand out in a subtle but powerful way.
